	Congratulations to our Beef Draw Winner. The lucky ticket was drawn by Jen Shepherd who is from the arena. The ticket was drawn on Monday night at the Port Credit Arena during our Director's meeting. The winning ticket was for Mr. Tom Mallozzi of Mississauga with ticket number #155. 	Carolling-in-the-park was held on Dec. 12, 2011 with over a couple of thousand coming to enjoy the carolling... Seniors Residents Christmas Party was held on Dec. 13, 2011. The centre was full of residents who enjoyed the music supplied by the Dixie Public School and Lion Ed who was the MC. Gift bags were handed out to the residents from our Lions Club. Drinks and Tim bits were also given out to the hungry folks and kids. I heard that Santa was there but somehow missed him. Everyone who attended enjoyed this fun event. Christmas Party, Monday Dec. 5, 2011 with cocktails at 6:30 pm and dinner starting at 7:30 pm. Each couple or single is asked to bring a wrapped gift with a value of about $20. This will be the only meeting in December. Regular Meeting, Monday Nov. 28, 2011 at social 6:30 pm, dinner at 7:00 pm. Our District Governor Ilkka Ahola will be visiting our Club and investing a new lady Lion cub. A mini directors meeting is being held after this meeting... Regular Meeting, Monday Nov. 14, 2011 Our guest speakers Kate Hayes & Bob Morris spoke on the Lake Ontario Integrated Shoreline Strategy. The presentation was very interesting and gave us a lot of food for consideration. Summer is drawing to a close and we have had a busy summer with the Canada Day celebration, In water Boat Show and of cource the Erim Mills Soccer Association's year end BBQ' with over 1500 participants enjoys the BBQ. The Lion Lorne's 5 Pin Bowling Tournament was held on Sunday March 27. It was well attended. We will be adding photographs and finishing details in the near future. *Thanks to all who supported our event.* The RESULTS of the bowling: The Top Team was Georgetown Team #4: Louie Viola, George Ohashi, Linda Dilks, Clayton Browing, and Glen Emerson. Glen Emerson also led his team with the Top Tripple. Alex Banks of the host club was The Most Honest Bowler (we know what that means). Chinguacousy's Howard Sanderson pulled off The High Single on his last game. Fundraising Poker Tournament was a great success for our first attempt. Lions Camp Dorset is where the funds are being sent. Thanks to all those who attended.
